Refund policy

We only accept returns within 14 days after receiving the product and only if the following conditions are complied.
* Defective, unwashed and unused item with the original packaging tags attached.
* Wrong size.
Before buying a product we suggest to check the right size for yourself and, if you are not sure about that, ask for a recommendation on our social media or e-mail channels.
If the size does not fit you and you want to return the product, the shipping costs are payed by the costumer.
In order to take advantage from a refund, all the products must be returned in original conditions, unused and with all the tags attached.
To launch into a refund request, please send an email to refund@3mehaindustry.com, explaining your order’s details and the reason of your refund request.
After receiving your products, they will be verified according to the criteria listed above and your refund will be developed within 10 business days. The refund will be processed according to the same original payment method.
